'Having implemented my own mindfulness practice throughout my teaching career, I understand the importance of preventative mental health strategies in order to achieve optimal wellbeing. I strongly believe that by providing children with the strategies to lessen anxiety and build resilience, will significantly support their future successes in life and positive mental health in adulthood. Witness your child flourish through the Peaceful Kids program where I teach, guide and support them on their journey in becoming more self-aware and happy individuals.' |
